1. Passive tanking needs to be nerfed. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The problem is that a good passive tank can't be broken solo by many ships, while any active tank will eventually fall. - It's great being Minmatar, ain't it?

Zealot is pretty good against a Vaga, since the Vaga needs to use barrage unless it wants to get into web range. At that point the damage vs each other is roughly equal and the Zealot usually has a better tank so... either the Vaga runs/leaves aft...

Missile ships hurt minmatar stuff, as does kinetic damage, as do shield tanks. Since they use just as little cap as you do, as well, you can't exactly outlast them on capacitor either. Its a pretty tough matchup. - It's great being Minmatar, ain'...
